The following was taken from June 09 survey

Construction:

Details are as follows: Hull: Molded fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP). Topsides and cabin trunk are FRP. Deck: Wood Cored FRP with Anti Skid Surface. Keel: Attached with encapsulated Lead. Rudder: Stainless steel post and frame covered with FRP. Interior construction is wood/ composite bulkheads with encapsulated stringers and cross members. Where visible the bulkhead tabbing was intact with no signs of distress. The interior has Teak Wood finish and teak/holly floor.

Arrangements Topside:

Topside and full forward is windless dual anchor control system. There are stainless steel Bow and stern pulpit with dingy davits, double wire lifelines and stanchions. There is a dodger/bimini over center cockpit. All rigging, masts, booms, halyards, sheets and related hardware are adequate for the vessel and intended use. The decks are clear of obstacles and all sail control lines are routed to masts and cockpit. There are 5 deck hatches, two opening ports. The cabin sides have non opening lites to provide ample light to interior. The center cockpit has steering pedestal and engine controls.

Arrangements Below:

Full forward is anchor locker and large v-berth with large hatch to deck. Aft and port is ample storage in full size locker and 5 drawers. To starboard is forward head with mechanical head and sink. Moving aft and to port is galley with 12V fridge/ freezer, double sink, 4 burner gas stove/oven. To starboard is full sized settee with table. Continuing aft is a hallway with more storage on port, to starboard electrical panels and door to large engine room. To rear is master stateroom with queen berth and generous storage available in built-in cabinets and drawers. There is a rear head with mechanical head, shower and sink. A separate entrance to cockpit with navigation desk complete the stateroom. Fresh water pressure is provided by a 12v pump and hot water is by 110/engine heated 11 gallon heater.    

Communications and Navigation:

VHF's: Standard Horizon. handheld 1 Uniden. GPSs: 2 Garmin 76. Radar: Raytheon R10x16 km. Antennas: VHF, HF and GPS. HF Radio: Icom 802M with Auto tuner and Pactor IIE.   Auto Pilot: Comnav 1420. Compass-Mechanical: 5" Ritchie. Compass-Fluxgate: Integrated with Auto Pilot. Depth Sounder, Knot Meter,  Horizon and Signet. Ships Horn: Handheld and Bell . Appropriate Circuit Breakers and Fuses protect all electronics. Stereo: JVC w/ 12cd changer.

Ground Tackle:

Anchor Management: Windlass: Maxwell 1200 12volt Horizontal. Windlass Controls: Two-way foot controls. Primary Anchor: 45lb Delta plow on roller with 300’ 3/8 BBB (reported). secondary , 44lb Bruce with 50ft 3/8 BBB chain and 250ft 5/8" rode (reported). Additional: Danforth (Stern) 50ft 3/8 chain and 250’ 5/8 rode. Adequate for Intended Use. Dinghy: Mercury RIB 10.6’. Age: 2003. Outboard Engine: Mercury 15 HP and Mercury 3.3HP: Dinghy Storage: on davits. Dock lines and fenders adequate for the vessel.

Pressure Fresh Water System: 12v Pressure Pump. Water Heater: 11 Gallon, 110volt/engine heat. Stove/Oven: Force 10. Food Cold Storage: Adler Barbour 12V Freezer/Fridge . Water Maker: HRO 200 gpd.   Two mechanical heads.   Force 10 Bar-B-Que. Four dive tanks with 2 BC and regulators. Dive compressor (2 stage). Canvas dodger and bimini, Sun shade cover.

Ships Steering and Stabilizers:

Steering Gear: Cables from wheel to quadrant. Steering appears responsive.

Safety Equipment and Systems:

Fire Extinguishers: 5 total - 2 5lb and 3 2.5lb ABC dry. Locations: Throughout ship. Fire extinguishers are USCG Approved and have gauges showing charged. USCG Approved PFDs: 4 type 1 adult inflatable suspender type and 6 adult type 3, Child 3 type 3, 1 type 1. All PFDs are in serviceable condition. EPIRB: GPS 406 Type non current registration,(owner reports registered, batteries replace date 02/2009. Horn: Manual . Bell: yes Ditch Bag: Yes. Bilge Pumps: one electric with float switch, one manual, tested. Flares: Yes. Bow Pulpits: 1" SS stantions with SS life lines. First Aid Kit: Yes. Navigation Lights include: Bow port/starboard, stern, anchor and steaming light, masthead tri-color. Radar Reflector: Yes. Life Raft: 4 Man DBC service Oct 2008. Life sling. Yes. MOB pole. Yes.

Tanks:

1-Fuel: FRB, Total Capacity: 160 gallons (reported) . Deck fill and vented overboard.

2-Water: Stainless Steel Total Capacity: 200 gallons (reported). Deck fills and vented.

Holding Tank Total Capacity 30gallon (reported) FRP. Deck or ocean pump out and vented.

Propane- 2 10lb DOT approved bottles stored on deck by mast.

Ships Electrical Systems: 

Shore Power: 120V AC 30 amp. Cords: One 120V 30amp power cord with appropriate connectors. Protection: Circuit Breakers in Panel at navigation station; 30A on incoming shore power. Polarity Protection: An integral reverse polarity indicator is located on the main electrical panel. 120V outlets located though out ship with ground fault outlets installed in heads and galley.  

House Batteries: 4-6v Trojan 105 connected in series/parallel to supply 12volt. All batteries are secured. Inverter/charger: Pro-watt 1000wt, 110v 50amp 12v charger. Monitor: meters at panel. Ships Interior/Exterior Lighting: 12volt lighting through out. 12v 130amp Generator. Engine alternator 45amp. Solar Panels: 4-80 watt with regulator.

Machinery and Fittings:

Main Engine: Chrysler Nissan Diesel 70hp (reported). Age: 1977. Hours: 3954 (reported). Engine Beds: Fiberglass runners. Engine Cooling: Fresh Water with Raw Water Heat Exchanger Exhaust: Wet Routed to Starboard hull. Fuel Filters: Racor 500 Primary Filters located in the engine room. Oil Filter: Located on engine. Engine Alternator: 1- 45A (reported), Engine Alarms: Gauges and alarms. Engine Controls: located at helm station. Transmission: Velvet drive. Shaft: 11/2" Stainless Steel with conventional double nut packing gland. 3 blade 22LH10 Prop. Ventilation: ducting w/exhaust blower. Thru-hulls: Bronze –.

Generator: Kubota 6hp with 130 amp 12V alternator.

Out of Water Inspection:

New bottom paint.

Rigging and Sails

Stainless steel wire with turnbuckle fittings at deck. Rigging inspected at deck. All fittings and connections in good condition.

Deck stepped aluminum mast and boom with single spreaders. Block and tackle boom vang.

Sails: Main. Mizzen. Furler Genoa, Stay sail, storm stay sail.

Winches: 2 – Barient #26, 1- Barlow #24 st.

2 – Barient #9, 1- Barlow 24, 1- Barlow 20, 1- Barient 20 st.

Chain Plates- All visible chain plates appear to be in good condition
